2 bowel movements today. Nothing to see here folks…move on.

Only had two bowel movements today.  I feel a little bloated but then again I did eat more than usual today.  I hope it exits my body tomorrow!

Another three bowel movement day and they were loose or the non-binding type.  Lastly, it’s my last day on the Paranil pills.

Four bowel movements today and they were on the bigger side but still dark.  I can’t remember what I ate that would have that effect.

Today I only had 2 bowel movements.  The strange thing is that they were generally small and very dark brown…almost black.  I don’t think that’s good.

Normal day with three bowel movements.

Had two bowel movements today and the first one had a normal shape.  The second and third were a bit loose.

Had 3 bowel movements today but the third one was kind of weak compared to the normal volume of the other two.  They were all very running and loose which could mean that steeping the KleriTea for 6 minutes was too long last night.  I’m trying 4 minutes tonight.

Today I had 5, yes 5, bowel movements today. The later one’s seemed to be softer and loose. Sort of like when you eat something bad or after you drink a lot milk. I feel a little better than usual at this point. My waist isn’t tight as it was 5 days ago. Plus, I’m down almost two pounds from last week! It’s nice when the plumbing works!

Again only had 2 bowel movements and they were dark once again. When I say dark I mean dark brown and almost black. Not good.
