I’ve been taking Metamucil for the past five years or so. It’s done a descent job of making me regular. But the past eight months I stopped taking it because I moved back in with my parents and just haven’t done it. I noticed a decrease in my regularity.

Then my friends aroused me to try psyllium. I’ve tried it in the past and really disliked the texture and scent of the raw psyllium husks. It was sickening to say the least. But because I knew I had to do something for my suffering colon I decided to give it a try once again. So I started taking one teaspoon for about 2 weeks (a month ago). I noticed a slight improvement in my regularity but nothing significant as my friends had experienced. Then began taking two tablespoons of psyllium and WOW! This stuff is amazing! I did this for about two weeks before I began the Colonix program then stopped because I didn’t want the extra doses of psyllium to affect my results (FYI. The main ingredient in the Colonix powder is psyllium).

I first heard of the Colonix program from a friend who sent me a link of this disgusting, moist, blob that supposedly came out of this guy! I so intrigued I started investingating what it was and how it came about. That lead me to DrNatura.com.

Since people ask about the weight-loss effects of this program, here are my stats before I started:

  • Height – 5’7″
  • Weight – 155 lbs.
  • Waist – 34.5″
  • Energy – lacking to moderate

I’d basically like to be more regular and increase my daily energy level to lead a more healthy lifestyle. Getting rid of those nasty intestinal worms and their eggs wouldn’t hurt either!

By seeing the pictures from other people who’ve taken this product I knew I was capable of producing the same thing. I’ll be the first to admit that my diet isn’t highly favorable. So I am looking forward to seeing the toxins and parasites come out of me, having bowel movements at least once a day if not more, and generally having more energy.
