Day 33

Friday, July 21st, 2006

You want some dip with those carrots?I had three bowel movements today. The first set was “hapa” like (half-and-half) where part of it was the old style of bm where it was dry, non-floating, and stiff. The other part was the newer type where it was lighter in color, buoyant, and elastic like. My second bm was all of the old type. I had a hard time with it too. The third bowel movement was again part new and part old like the first. It seems like without the Paranil pills and/or KleriTea my intestines are going back to their old ways.

Day 32

Thursday, July 20th, 2006

Another normal day but I did just go to the bathroom once today.  Carry on.

Day 31

Wednesday, July 19th, 2006

I got to admit it was kind of nice not having to take the Paranil pills first thing this morning and then not having to drink a hot cup of tea tonight when it’s close to 80 degrees.  I had 4 bm’s today some of it weird (but you’ve seen it before on Day 19) and some of it not so pretty.  Other than that life is good!

Day 30

Tuesday, July 18th, 2006

My first month on the Colonix Internal Cleansing Program is just about over. In general, I feel more or less the same when I started this program. I’ve noticed a few days where my energy was soaring and that’s a little unusual for me. I’m physically the same size. I have to admit that I’ve been under a lot stress lately and my diet hasn’t probably worsened. My intake of sugar has gone up somewhat.

But what has changed drastically is my number of daily bowel movements. It went from a max of once per day to at least three per day! It seems like everything gets excreted in a timely manner and that feels great!

So since I’ve gotten this far I’ve decided to do at least another month of the program. Plus, I don’t feel like I’ve been “cleansed.” Here’s an excerpt from the Instructions and Product Information booklet that came with the product:

If this is the first time you’re doing the Colonix program, then we strongly recommend that you commit yourself to doing at least two months; three months is optimal. Remember, it took decades to accumulate all the toxins in our bodies, so it is impossible to get rid of everything in a few days or even a couple of weeks. Two to three months is a good average for most people. If you repeat the program every year, then one month will probably be sufficient after the initial period.

Day 29

Monday, July 17th, 2006

Nothing significant to report today except I only had 2 bm’s thank you very much.

Day 28

Sunday, July 16th, 2006

I took my Paranil pills and Colonix powder later this afternoon.  Plus I only had one bm.  I guess a lot came out because I couldn’t go to the bathroom this morning.  Fishing was fun!

Day 27

Saturday, July 15th, 2006

Some huge ones came out today but I don’t think you’d want to see them.  I only drank 5 glasses of water today. And I’m not drinking the KleriTea tonight since I’m off fishing tomorrow morning!

Day 26

Friday, July 14th, 2006

Sorry to give you the same dealio.  Nothing exciting happened today.

Day 25

Thursday, July 13th, 2006

You’re not missing anything.  It’s all good in the hood.

Day 24

Wednesday, July 12th, 2006

Another weirdo came out today.  The difference with this one was that it wasn’t as strong as the previous ones.  I was going to take a picture of it but it kept on breaking at various points. It’s just an observation.  Other than that, everything was normal.
